Our parcels our delivered by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping rates

| Standard Shipping (0 - 0.99kg) | $10 |
| Standard Shipping (1 - 5kg) | $15 |
| Express Shipping (0 - 0.99kg) | $15 |
| Express Shipping (1 - 5kg) | $20 |
Any items ordered online will be be shipped the same day if the order is placed before midday*. Any orders received on weekends will be dispatched on Monday.
*If there are extenuating circumstances which delay dispatch you will be notified via email.
We cannot guarantee shipping times. Please refer to the Australia Post 'DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIMES' for the most up to date information.
Pick Up
Pick up may be arranged on Kangaroo Island or in the Adelaide Hills. Please email us at hello@thermaltheory.com.au and we will organise a mutually convenient time and let you know the pick up address.
All items must be paid for either before or during pick up. No personal items will be invoiced.
