*Please note: Unpredictable weather events can cause delays with Domestic Standard Shipping. If you urgently require your order, we highly recommend choosing Express Shipping

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMEs


  • If your order is placed before midday AEST on a weekday, your order will be sent out to you the same day.
  • For orders placed over the weekend, your order will be dispatched on Monday.
  • For orders placed on a Public Holiday, your order will be sent out to you the next business day.
  • During busier sale and gifting periods same day dispatch is not guaranteed. We’ll keep you posted with a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. If you have a query about your delivery at any time, contact us at store@thermaltheory.com.au.

Please keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email, which will be sent to you in a separate email.

If you believe you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folders before emailing us .

We cannot offer a guarantee on shipping times. Please refer to the Australia Post 'DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIMES' for the most up to date information. This includes information on delays affecting specific postcodes.

Pick up may be arranged on Kangaroo Island. Please email us at hello@thermaltheory.com.au and we will organise a mutually convenient time and let you know the pick up address.

All items must be paid for either before or during pick up. No personal items will be invoiced. 

 

TRACKING + DELIVERY

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place by the delivery driver. If they are unable to do so or if the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local collection hub.

For international orders, tracking updates may take some time to come through as well, as the order is being moved from hubs overseas

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Thermal Theory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. The above timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control. 

If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please contact our friendly customer service team within one hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly.

If you have any issues with entering your nominated delivery address during your checkout process, please contact our customer service team before proceeding your order so we can set up the account for you.
